How do I exchange my empty CO2 cylinders?
You can exchange your empty cylinders through our online exchange program or at participating local retailers. Simply order your refills online, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return your empty canisters in the same box.
Which sparkling water makers are compatible with the Quick Connect Cylinder?
The pink-labeled Quick Connect Cylinder is specifically designed for our newer models, including the Terra, Art, and Gaia. Older models typically use the blue-labeled Screw-in Cylinder system.
What is your return policy for sparkling water makers?
We offer a 30-day risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your machine, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note that CO2 cylinders and opened flavors are generally non-refundable.
How long does shipping take for gas refills?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Due to safety regulations, CO2 cylinders must be shipped via ground transportation, which may result in slightly longer delivery times compared to air freight.
Are the carbonating bottles dishwasher safe?
Our 'Dishwasher Safe' marked bottles can be cleaned in the dishwasher. However, our classic fuse and slim bottles are hand-wash only. Always check the care instructions printed on the side of your bottle.
Do you offer a warranty on your machines?
Yes, all SodaStream sparkling water makers come with a 2-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use.
